Reading The Agile Samurai, I felt like I was sitting with the author over a cup of coffee or a mug of beer, learning good ways to plan and develop good software products. The book has a fun and conversational style at the same time as it delivers serious lessons about software projects. The illustrations aren't there just for fun (though they are amusing), they help to quickly explain the concepts.

V zacetku velja poudariti, da gre za prirocnik in ne za ucbenik. Nadaljnji korak klasifikacije bi bil, da gre v prvi vrsti za prirocnik s podrocja projektnega vodenja in ne za prirocnik za Microsoft Project 2010. Osnovni koncept prirocnika je namrec postavljen tako, da izhaja iz
vsebinskih sklopov in ne iz modulov orodja MS Project 2010. V okviru posameznega vsebinskega sklopa projektnega vodenja so najprej podane kljucne definicije, opisi in priporocila, ki so praviloma dopolnjena še z eno ali vec shem. Po predstavitvi »teoreticnega dela«, kot bi temu lahko rekli, pa so za obravnavani teoreticni del na jedrnat nacin predstavljene še funkcionalnosti, ki jih za ta del omogoca orodje
Project. Opisi funkcionalnosti so vedno podprti z zaslonskimi slikami.
